There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
As a mother of four and a home owner myself I can identify with the wants and needs of your family. When I work with people to either sell or buy a home I become very involved in decisions as both your Broker, and in most cases, your friend. Whether it be finding the perfect home or selling your house I both understand and help alleviate problems and possible fears that you may have. Buying or selling a home, if unknown, can be a scary thing to the bravest of people but when it is made simple and clear it can and should be an exciting and happy venture towards a rewarding future. My job is not just to sell or find your home....but to guide you through all the steps to make it as easy and happy as it could and should be.
I have been very involved in the community as I feel in order to know the market you must not simply live in it but be involved. As PTO President of Miller Avenue Elementary in Shoreham for three consecutive years I had a hands-on view of the community and all it has to offer to our children and members of the community.
That said, in my experience as a Shoreham Real Estate Broker Associate, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

My advertising, which I believe to be key in selling a home, is extensive. Besides the Virtual Tour I advertise in various printed publications such as Newsday and The Real Estate Book, as well as having a strong internet presence. The more coverage your home gets the quicker it will sell as more people will know about it!
